Vivian is a Registered Social Worker with over ten years of clinical experience providing comprehensive assessment, treatment, and psychosocial support to individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, within diverse cultural contexts. As an immigrant, she has a personal understanding of the challenges, transitions, and adjustments that individuals and families may experience when navigating change. This perspective enhances her ability to provide compassionate, culturally responsive care.

Vivian delivers evidence-based counselling services to individuals, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns and psychosocial stressors, including those related to life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, grief, and emotional well-being. Her practice is grounded in a strong academic foundation and advanced clinical training. She uses an integrative, client-centred approach that combines evidence-based therapeutic interventions with expressive and creative modalities when appropriate. Approach to Support

Vivian earned a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Sociology and Music from the University of Toronto, followed by a Master of Social Work from the University of Hong Kong. Born in Hong Kong but raised in Toronto, Vivian spent ten years living and working in Hong Kong, where she gained extensive clinical experience supporting children, youth, adults, older adults, and families from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Her international experience has deepened her appreciation for cultural diversity and strengthened her ability to provide inclusive, culturally informed care to clients from a wide range of backgrounds.
